RNC reveals full keynote speaker list for midterm elections convention
The Republican National Committee announced the lineup of keynote speakers for its upcoming midterm elections convention in Dallas,Texas,next week.President Donald Trump will speak on the first night, followed by Vice President JD Vance on the second night, with Trump delivering closing remarks. Other notable speakers include administration officials, former white House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Donald Trump Jr., Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and Michigan Senate nominee Mike Rogers. The event is designed to serve as a campaign rally emphasizing themes like lower taxes, secure borders, safe communities, and economic possibility, contrasting Republicans’ platform with what thay describe as the radical and out-of-touch views of Democrats. Republican leaders such as House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senator Ted Cruz are expected to highlight the contrast between “common sense” policies and Democratic socialists. The convention will also reflect on the GOP’s legislative achievements, notably the One Big Gorgeous Bill Act, and will honor conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who passed away a year ago. the event aims to energize Republican supporters ahead of the November elections by showcasing a clear ideological choice for voters.
The Republican National Committee announced on Saturday the full list of keynote speakers who will stump for Republican candidates at the midterm elections convention next week.
The first-of-its-kind event, to be held in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday and Thursday, will feature President Donald Trump as the keynote speaker on Night One, while Vice President JD Vance will take the helm on Night Two, with Trump delivering closing remarks.

Administration officials such as Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will deliver keynote speeches, as will former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and Donald Trump Jr. Texas Attorney General and Republican Senate nominee Ken Paxton and Michigan Senate nominee Mike Rogers will also give speeches.
“Republicans are the party of hardworking, patriotic Americans who believe in a fair day’s pay, safe streets, secure borders, and a government that gets out of our way and lets Americans win again,” RNC Chairman Joe Gruters said in the announcement. “Democrats have taken a different path. They have chosen a path hijacked by the radical Left and defined by their most extreme, out-of-touch, anti-American views. Come November, the American people are going to see this choice clearly and they are going to deliver a landslide for common sense.”
Republican leaders such as Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) are expected to highlight socialists such as New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Michigan Senate candidate Abdul el Sayed to offer a contrast between “common sense” and “crazy” at the event, which will function much like a campaign rally. Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) will not be in attendance, but is expected to attend fundraisers in Dallas during the week, according to CBS News.
Speakers at the event are also expected to highlight the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the Trump administration’s signature legislative accomplishment, and tout the GOP as the more culturally mainstream option in November.
