Riley Gaines, a previous NCAA University of Kentucky swimmer, revealed to Fox News on Saturday that she will be” pursuing legal action” in response to the abuse she suffered on radical transgender activists on Thursday night at the Turning Point USA affair at San Francisco State University.
Well, to start with, Gaines said,” The people who assaulted me have not suffered any harm.” ” The college or the dean of students were present but did nothing, and neither did the school law.” Unless I have something to do with it, there won’t make any consequences. I will be taking legal action. These individuals must deal with consequences.
I was barricaded, she said. ” Because a group of people ambushed the lesson after I finished speaking, turned out the lights, and then attacked me.” I was immediately pushed into the space that we saw on the game after being escorted out of it, and I spent the next three years trapped there.
Gaines said,” The prisoners are running the asylum at SFSU ,” and he posted video of the incident on Twitter. This is evidence that women require sex-protected areas. only serves to reassure me that I’m’m acting appropriately. Talk louder when they want you to remain passive.
In response to the game, Charlie Kirk said,” This is unacceptable at an American college school, especially in San Francisco.”
Kirk continued,” Pray for Riley Gaines and for our courageous SFSU learners.”
