Revealed: Identity of Unnamed Albanian Official Listed in Indictment of Ex-FBI Official May Be Hunter Biden Link

Last September, the Washington Examiner’s Tom Rogan penned a great story documenting the Biden administration’s tolerance for corruption in Albania’s socialist government under current prime minister Edi Rama. 

He detailed connections between Rama, the Albanian mafia, and Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel (perhaps best known for formerly being headed by drug lord “El Chapo”Dan Bongino also covered this topic in a remarkable episode of his podcast last Wednesday. Dan also covered the recent indictment of Charles McGonigal, the ex-FBI official in charge of the FBI’s Counterintel Division in New York who was charged with violating sanctions against Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

According to the indictment, it was from an unnamed former Albanian intelligence official that’s a naturalized U.S. citizen and lives in New Jersey that McGonigal The $225,000 was received From that point, he was indicted. Although he was not mentioned in the indictment, he was indicted. Albanian media there’s no question that the identity of the Albania man who gave $225k to McGonigal is Agron Neza – who does match the description of being a former Albanian intel official and  a naturalized U.S. citizen that lives in New Jersey.  McGonigal is also an Albanian partner. Rogan pointed out in his conclusion to last year’s article that there was one question that remained unanswered. What exactly does Biden gain by being friendly with Rama’s corrupt regime?

That’s where another unnamed Albanian listed in the indictment comes into play. This particular Unnamed official from Albania Indictment describes the use of the term “agent” as referring to a “Chinese energy conglomerate and operated as an informal adviser to the Prime Minister of Albania, retaining an official Albanian government email account and passport.”

This description matches that given by Dorian Ducka, who is Edi Rama’s Adviser of Investments, a position he’s held since 2016. Ducka was previously Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry of Albania from 2013 to 2015. These documents were obtained from an internal court. Business Insider McGonigal was first under scrutiny last year. He was asked to preserve all communication with a number people, including Ducka and Neza. 

Ducka was employed at CEFC, the Chinese energy conglomerate Hunter Biden described as “one of the most lucrative, if short-lived ventures Hunter Biden is known to have pursued” – at the same time as Hunter. It’s Hunter’s work related to CEFC that the infamous “10% for the big guy” Email that allegedly refers to President Biden was in connection with. Ducka is still employed there today. 

Ducka was photographed together with the CEFC Chairman in May 2017. According to China state news “China Daily” It was at that time.

One of Hunter Biden’s emails reveals Dorian Ducka sent him a follow request in January 2019 via Twitter.

Ducka’s and Hunter’s collaboration is further proven by Hunter’s email header. “Dorian,” Discuss where he is with another business associate “taking care” Or him, because he had been a “real help.” 

Also of note, McGonigal and Hunter Biden’s children (that he admits to having) Together went to school.

This is becoming more speculation. However, an email exchange between Ed Kim (and Hunter Biden) may shed light on his relationship with McGonigal or Ducka. Patrick Ho was convicted in the U.S. federal courts of bribing top officials from Chad, Uganda and other countries in order to secure oil deals on behalf CEFC.

In one Email exchange starting November 2017Kim asks Hunter about Hunter “the name of the FBI agents you spoke with.” Hunter had just signed a contract in August with CEFC a few months before.

If one of the agents mentioned is McGonigal, then it’s a strong possibility that CEFC’s connection to Hunter Biden is owed to Ducka, who was connected to Hunter through McGonigal.  And if so, it certainly wouldn’t be the craziest revelation as of late.
