‘Put Me In Coach!’: National Guardsman Arrested For Applying To Become A Hitman On Parody Website, Feds Say

A member of the Air National Guard was detained last week on federal charges after allegedly registering on a hitman-themed websites.

Josiah Ernesto Garcia, 21, was accused of using interstate facilities for the council of murder-for-hire in the Middle District of Tennessee’s’s U.S. District Court.

Garcia reportedly believed he could use his training to work as a contract selfish in order to provide for his family’s’s financial needs.

Garcia discovered the site website. while conducting his online search. Rentahitman.com was founded in 2005 to promote a fledgling computer protection business business.

However, the company received so many questions about murder-for-hire expertise that the Department of Justice claims the” website’s’s administrator later converted the website to a movie website that contains false recommendations from those who have purported to use hit soldier services, and an diet form where consumers can request products.”

One of the bogus testimonials on the website, for instance, reads:

After a free public relations conversation, my dad was found to be having an affair with the baby-sitter, and our relationship was called off. I’m’m looking to mingle and am once more single. Thank you, Guido, and RENT A – HITMAN!

People can apply to work as plan killers by visiting the website.

Garcia reportedly submitted” additional identification documents and a sketch, indicating he was an expert sniper and employed in the Air National Guard since July 2021″ after expressing interest in working for the company in an employment question.

Garcia stated in court documents,”* Why I Want This Job * I’m’m looking for a job, that pays well, related to my military experience( Shooting and Killing the Marked Target ) so I can support my kid on the way.” What may I mention? Garcia reportedly decided to move forward despite the undercover FBI professional posing as an employee of the company appearing to offer him a way out.

According to court records, Garcia stated that he had” weighed the psychological implications of killing someone and was ok with it” and that, despite preferring to kill people in another state, working locally was acceptable for him.

He claimed that he could shoot 50 men with ease and not be bothered by it. ” Those are rookie numbers ,” he remarked.

Garcia received a message from the FBI containing information about the fictitious hit job that law enforcement had set up as well as the identity of the fictitious person.

Garcia could spend up to ten years in jail if found guilty.
