Priyanka Chopra Gushes About Egg Freezing While Heading Down ‘Ambitious Warpath’ Of Her Career: ‘Best Gift You’ll Give Yourself’

Priyanka Chopra, the famous actress, opened up about her decision to freeze her eggs, allowing her to focus on her ambitious career goals before becoming a mother. Speaking on Dax Shephard’s podcast, “Armchair Expert,” Chopra expressed her delight at the freedom the decision gave her.

Chopra, who froze her eggs in her early thirties, explained that it allowed her to stay on the career path she wanted without worrying about meeting the right person to start a family with. She even encourages her younger friends to consider the option as well, claiming, “It’s the best gift you’ll give yourself.”

She advises others to consider freezing their eggs, explaining that it can take a lot longer to get pregnant after 35, especially for career-driven women who have been working their whole lives.

Priyanka Chopra, who is married to recording artist Nick Jonas, also revealed that she always knew she wanted kids but was conscious of the age difference between her and her husband. She eventually decided to use a surrogate to become a mother after medical complications that made pregnancy difficult.
