Police Perform Wellness Check On Britney Spears After Panicked Fans Call Them Over Deleted Instagram Account

After the performance of a pop singer, concerned fans called the police Britney Spears deleted her Instagram law enforcement was able to conduct a wellness inspection at her California residence late Tuesday night.

The 41-year old celebrity In light of the success of the #FreeBritney movement, her 13-year-long conservatorship was lifted in November 2021. Spears has displayed erratic behavior ever since, including long, inconsistent rants on social networks and strange public behaviour.

Multiple times, she has deleted and reinstated her Instagram account. But enough fans contacted the police on this occasion, pushing the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office to dispatch units to Spears’ home just to check.

A police spokesperson later confirmed To Page Six “I can confirm that we did get calls into our dispatch, and essentially, I can confirm that we don’t believe that Britney Spears is in any kind of harm or any kind of danger.”

This happened days after Spears posted on Instagram that she was changing her name and renaming herself River Red. She was seen eating dinner with her husband just prior to the incident and was accused of acting strangely at the restaurant. 

Eyewitnesses reported to TMZ that Sam Asghari and Britney Spears were eating at JOEY in Woodland Hills at the time when the singer was born. “manic” Asghari began shouting gibberish and then left the establishment. Later, Asghari defended his actions, saying he had just run out to the car and wasn’t mad.

Spears offered fans an update Commenting on the restaurant incident, she stated that she was “looking like [the Dreamworks animated ogre] Shrek” Videos were taken by other patrons and those media outlets. “all hyped about me being a little drunk” there, and that they’re “watching my every move.”

“I know y’all are rooting for me and all and make sure you check out the shocking Shrek picture of me … I was like damn that’s horrific yet there were two pics where I was normal … either way honestly I know nobody gives a flying f*** what I do,” She shared her thoughts at the time.
