Pennsylvania fugitive caught on doorbell camera.
Pennsylvania Residents Capture Footage of Escaped Inmate with “Survivalist Skills” on Doorbell Camera
Pennsylvania residents were left stunned when their doorbell camera captured footage of an escaped inmate with impressive “survivalist skills.” This unexpected discovery has provided local authorities with valuable clues to help catch the suspected murderer.
Michael Burham, a 34-year-old individual, was recently spotted in Pennsylvania, according to officials. Burham had been held on $1 million bail for charges related to burglary, kidnapping, and other offenses until June 6. On that fateful day, he managed to escape from Warren County Jail in a manner that seemed almost impossible, using exercise equipment and bedsheets to make his exit through a window, as revealed by the police.
Doorbell Camera Captures Burham’s Whereabouts
The breakthrough in the search for Burham came when a doorbell camera recorded his presence “in a location south of Warren,” as shared by Pennsylvania State Police Lt. Col. George Bivens during a news conference. Although the exact date of the sighting was not disclosed, Bivens mentioned that it occurred “within the last couple of days.”
Bivens highlighted that Burham possessed self-taught survivalist skills and had experience in the Military Reserve. “We believe he has prepared to survive in the woods, as previously reported. Our searches have revealed small stockpiles or campsites in wooded areas,” Bivens emphasized.
Community Assistance and Rewards
In an effort to apprehend Burham, Bivens urged local residents to review their doorbell and surveillance camera footage for any potentially useful information. It is crucial to note that Burham is considered “armed and dangerous.”
The United States Marshals have offered a reward of up to $7,500 for any information leading to Burham’s capture. Additionally, Warren County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $2,000.
