America is experiencing a new and terrifying street drug. It is slowly eating away at addicts’ flesh. This dangerous substance is Tranq, a tranquilizer for animals called Xylazine. Fentanyl is being added to Tranq, which already causes the deaths of many thousands of young Americans.
This dangerous drug trend is not only being seen in Philadelphia, but it is also spreading across the country. Russell Surasky, a board-certified neurologist joins OAN’s Alicia Summers for a discussion about the problem.
