NFL’s Panthers Add Transgender Cheerleader To Roster: Can’t ‘Wait To Show’ ‘What This Girl Has To Bring’

A new biologically male cheerleader what person identifies as female appears to have been added to the NFL’s Carolina Panthers cheerleading squad.

Justine Simone Lindsay lohan made the announcement this particular time via Instagram, and Panthers TopCats cheerleading director Chandalae Lanouette confirmed this move to BuzzFeed.

“This is a moment I can never forget and I cannot wait around to show you all exactly what this girl has to bring, ” Lindsay posted online, captioning a photo from the field.

The league’s before anything else openly trans cheerleader explained the general response to BuzzFeed. “I just felt like when I submitted it, whatever reaction I just get from everyone, it does not matter, ” Lindsay said. “And therefore my phone started enlarging. ”

“Cats Out the Bag you are looking at the latest member of the Carolina Panthers TopCats Cheerleader’s [TopCats] as the first Transgender female, ” the Instagram post said. “I want to thank the beautiful and skilled dancers who supported us along the way alumni TopCats friends for your love and assist. I would not have gotten to the following moment in my life if it was not for the support. Also to these beautiful coach [Chandalae Lanouette]you are a special being that I seriously cherish thank you taking the fact that leap of faith on all of us to be apart of your legacy of music and so many others. ”

“This is a minute I will never forget and I can’t wait to show you practically all what this girl has to provide, ” the post extra. “Thank you [TopCats]a dream come true. ”

Lindsay lohan captioned another post, “Dreams are reality/Dreams can create by putting in the work/Dreams can be accomplished with a concentrated mind body and spirit/This is my reality that is my story/Own it believe it and everything can fall into place. ”

Lanouette said she was conscious Lindsay was transgender because of the cheerleading application but was adament it was Lindsay’s “talent, ” not the cheerleader’s “history-making” that landed Lindsay an area on the squad, the BuzzFeed report outlined.

“My goal is to produce a team of individuals that are real fire on the field tend to be incredible human beings in the locker room, good friends, good people today, and at the end of the day, you will want to walk through the door for starters to get to that spot, ” Lanouette said.

“I’m happy because I got able to break down that doorway and tell people, ‘Hey, we are not just sexual creatures, ’” Lindsay said. “‘We are actual human beings who wish to better ourselves. ’ My spouse and i felt like, Why don’t tell the world: ‘Hey, take note, this is a great accomplishment. ’ ”
