New York Times shareholders sue newspaper over alleged anti-Israel bias
Shareholders of The New York Times are suing its parent company, accusing the board of failing to adequately oversee editorial standards and allowing biased coverage of the Israel-Hamas conflict. The lawsuit was filed in the New York County Supreme Court by Florida’s State Board of Administration and the National Center for Public Policy Research. They are requesting access to internal records related to the newspaper’s coverage of the conflict, which the company has withheld for four months.
