Michael Irvin Releases Video Of Incident With Accuser In Arizona Marriott Hotel

Michael Irvin, his attorney, held a press conference Tuesday. They released footage from a Marriott hotel security camera. Arizona A female employee claimed that Irvin was inappropriate towards her by making crude remarks to her and touching her in an unwelcome manner.

Irvin and his attorney stated that they filed to have their $100,000,000 lawsuit removed from Texas federal court and had it filed in Arizona.

Irvin was accused of the February 5th incident at Renaissance Phoenix Downtown. He had his Super Bowl appearances cancelled by ESPN and NFL Network.

The woman Claim Irvin appeared drunk and was flirting with her. He asked for her name, then told her hers before asking if she’d ever heard of him. She replied that she hadn’t.

“Irvin also reached out and touched the Victim’s arm during this conversation without her consent, causing her to step back, becoming visibly uncomfortable,” Nathan Chapman, an attorney at Marriott, wrote this article. “Irvin then asked the Victim whether she knew anything about having a ‘big Black man inside of [her].’ Taken aback by Irvin’s comments, the Victim responded that his comments were inappropriate, and she did not wish to discuss it further.”

“Irvin then attempted to grab the Victim’s hand again and said he was ‘sorry if he brought up bad memories’ for her. The Victim pulled her hand away and tried to back away from Irvin as he continued to move towards her,” The filing process continued.

The woman was reportedly uncomfortable when two coworkers intervened. Irvin allegedly laughed that “security” When he saw them approaching, he caught onto him and reached out to shake his hand with the woman. Irvin, allegedly, promised to return the handshake when she did. “find her” If she was at work, you can check it again later in that week.

Irvin totally rejected the woman’s claim that he had asked about her having a baby. “big Black man inside of [her].”

“I don’t speak like that,” Irvin Tuesday. “I’ve never spoken like that. I totally deny saying that. I totally deny saying that.”

Referring to the woman’s comment about him going to “find her” Irvin spoke later in the week. “Like I’m going to hunt her down, kidnap somebody, kill somebody?”

“Come on. Here’s the truth,” He continued. “We used to say when we played football, ‘The eye in the sky don’t tell no lies.’ It’s just the truth. We talk and tell lies. But the eye in the sky don’t tell no lies.”

Levi McCathern was Irvin’s attorney. He said that the woman’s allegations were false. “ridiculous” Irvin was one of the victims “cancel culture.”

“There is no doubt, this woman was not offended,” McCathern added. “This is not a sexual assault, sexual misconduct, or sexual harassment. This tape is very, very clear.”
