- The annual median household income is 65 percent or less of the statewide annual median household income.
- Minorities make up 40 percent or more of the population.
- 25 percent or more of households identify as speaking English less than ”very well.”
- Minorities make up 25 percent or more of the population, and the annual median household income of the municipality in which the neighborhood is located does not exceed 150 percent of the statewide annual median household income.
It becomes evident that green energy funding often serves as a means for wealth redistribution along racial and ethnic lines, and Massachusetts is no exception.
During her speech at CGI, Healey emphasized the threat of climate change in their coastal state and the need for action to secure a safe and sustainable future.
However, one cannot help but question how many attendees arrived at the meeting in New York City via private jets. It seems unlikely that Healey will ban state travel using gas-guzzling modes of transportation anytime soon. Nor did she reprimand her peers for their use of fossil fuels to travel the globe.
