Mark Lewis: The Documents Scandals: A Symptom, Not the Disease

“How [could that] possibly happen? How [could] anyone…be that irresponsible. And I thought, ‘What data was in there that may compromise sources and methods? By that I mean names of people who helped…it [is] just totally irresponsible.”

These were the words of Joe Biden, in an interview about Trump on September 18, 2022. “classified documents scandal.” It didn’t take long for Biden’s hypocrisy to be exposed.

A short timeline:

November 2, 2022 About 10 classified documents were found at Biden’s “Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement” Washington, D.C. It is not surprising, but it was discovered that the documents were found about a week before midterm elections. They were not reported until quite a while later. The documents were reportedly taken into the National Archives the day after they were discovered (November 3, according to some reports).

December 20, 2022 Another set of documents was found in a former Biden private offices. There was no complete disclosure of how or when the documents arrived, nor who made them.

January 11, 2023 A Biden lawyer discovered some classified documents in a room adjacent to Biden’s garage in one of his Delaware homes. The location of this room is unknown. But, as Joe said, at least they weren’t found on the street.

Joe’s son Hunter apparently lived in this house while the documents were there. Hunter revealed recently that he was paying $49 910 per month for rent to reside in the house, from March 2017 through February 2018. Joe’s 2017 tax returns only listed $19,800 in “rents received.” His 2018 return shows that he has not received rents.

Hunter paid rent or not. He claimed that he owned the house where classified documents were kept in 2018. This should be investigated immediately.

January 12, 2023 At the Delaware house, five more pages of documents were found. Two days later, the White House announced that new documents were found.

Joe, you might be able to answer your own questions. How can anyone be this irresponsible?! Did Biden find all of the classified documents he had stashed somewhere? Check some of Hunter’s girlfriends’ homes. There might be some pictures of some on the crack kid’s latest laptop. You might also want to take a look at Beijing. They might also have a few. Joe, how many did you give Zelensky?

The existence of classified government documents is unacceptable. The problem goes beyond a dumb old fool who needs his wife to find his dentures every morning. This is about the attitude towards America and its vital interests, as well as its national security. Biden served as vice president under Obama. He was known for being the most anti-American chief executive. He knew that a dumb vice president would not be a threat to Obama’s popularity. But, Obama wanted someone who shared the same visions and attitudes about America as he did. Obama knew he had a clone in Joe Biden.

Biden’s deficiency is not just a few misplaced papers; his problem is his whole attitude of disrespect, animosity, and rejection of the system of government established from our beginning and designed to keep America a strong, vital force for freedom in the world. We see a man without any moral compass, who does not know what leadership qualities are necessary to keep a country viable and strong. It’s all a game to Biden, a political power game; he couldn’t care less if America is hurt by his actions because he couldn’t care less about America. Biden is only concerned about the possible damage his reckless acts might have caused the United States. He is also worried about how this will affect his chances of being reelected next year. This type of hubris is all too common in Washington on both sides.

This kind of deed is either the result of complete stupidity and incompetence or from sinister motives which show a confused view of proper government services. Yes, Mr. Biden. How could anyone be so reckless? This is clear in your case. Your priorities in public service are far more important than the well-being and welfare of the United States or her citizens. You don’t even THINK in terms of the well-being of the whole, you think only of yourself (re-election), your family, and your party, and probably in that order. You wouldn’t be letting millions of unwashed foreigners into the country if you had one iota of interest in America and what those foreign unknowns might do or bring with them. Or that American taxpayers (the people you are supposed to represent) are being forced to pay their expenses. It’s a mindset, one the Democratic Party, as a whole, has, and one which is truly detrimental to the advancement of our society. It is clear from all Biden has done since he was elected president two years back.

Careless, reckless handing of classified documents, a matter which might risk the safety and welfare of the American nation and people, is totally inexcusable, I don’t care who does it. These people are being paid a lot to do a job and to make smart decisions that will benefit the American people. Both Republicans and Democrats are failing us in grave ways. They are failing morally as well as economically, socially. What are their real successes in this area? 

These “classified documents” The disease is not in the scandals, people. These people were elected; there is no one to blame except ourselves. They only reflect and represent the complete corruption and misguidance of our garbage sent to Washington, D.C.
