Marjorie Taylor Greene to introduce bill designating antifa a terrorist organization

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R–GA) plans to introduce resolution designating antifa Terrorist organization.

“Antifa are domestic terrorists and I’m introducing my resolution to officially declare them a terrorist organization on Tuesday,” Greene sent a tweet on Sunday.

Greene’s evidence does not support the idea that antifa led to this violence. It is unclear what evidence Greene has to suggest that antifa was responsible for the violent attack. Washington Examiner Greene was contacted for comment.

She tweeted a clip of a FOX5 Atlanta reporter showing footage that shows the training center being burned by demonstrators. A group dubbed “Stop Cop City” Since 2021, protests have been held against construction of the new facility for police training.

In a brawl between law enforcement officers and demonstrators, dozens were taken into custody. The facility was then placed under lockdown. Fox 5 reported.

“This is domestic terrorism. It was planned for weeks and announced on social media. Antifa are self proclaimed communists and consistently organize to attack our government over and over again. They should be taken seriously and not tolerated anymore,” Greene tweeted.
