Lorenzo Lamas Says He’s ‘Excited’ His 23-Year-Old Girlfriend Is ‘Smitten’ With Leonardo DiCaprio, Even Though She’s ‘Very Young’

Actor Lorenzo Lamas isn’t upset about his 23-year-old daughter Victoria hanging out with Leonardo DiCaprio, 48. 

“I know she likes him very much,” The actor told The New York Post was created by DiCaprio’s daughter after he was seen leaving a club with him. “I think they met last month. I’m not sure of the circumstances, but that’s what she told me.”

“She’s very smitten,” Lamas continued. “I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday — just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts. And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she’s very young.”

The former soap opera star They made a joke about their future relationship, if one exists. “I just told her, you know, absolutely no transatlantic cruises with Leo. Anyway, I’m excited for her. I know that it’s been a while since she’s had a serious relationship … She’s got a big heart, and she tends to give it freely,” He stated.

Lamas, 64-years-old, shares Victoria and two more daughters with Playboy Playmate Shauna. The actor has been married five different times and has six kids. He’s currently dating 37-year-old former model Kenna Scott, per Fox News.

DiCaprio was in the news after breaking up just as Camila Morrone turned 25, sparking a lot controversy. The actor had previously refused to date anyone older than 25 years old, according to reports.

Lamas followed up with another interview, saying his daughter isn’t exclusively dating DiCaprio or in any kind of serious relationship.  

The actor claimed that his daughter was “friends” With the “Titanic” star and they were in a “social environment.”

“They were seen one time in West Hollywood at a club,” Lamas explained. “I mean, that is not dating.”

“Yeah, smitten, but they’re not dating,” He continued. “She’s fond of him, obviously. But, they’re not dating, and she does not want that out there because that would be really bad. It’d be embarrassing for her if he should happen to read something that said that they’re dating and they’re not.”

“They’re just friends, but she is smitten, of course,” He went on. “And that was my cautionary tale to her: Just take one step at a time. But as of now, they’re not an item. They’re not exclusive to each other.”
