Former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is reportedly divorcing her husband,Bryon Noem,following allegations that he was cross-dressing and communicating with online fetish models. Her mother, Corinne Arnold, confirmed the divorce, stating they anticipated the separation. The allegations became public after messages revealed Bryon noem, 56, engaging with women in pornography and making inappropriate comments about his marriage. Photos surfaced showing him in women’s clothing with fake breasts and pink shorts. Arnold mentioned that Kristi Noem was devastated and that her family was caught off guard. The allegations surfaced shortly after President Trump dismissed Kristi Noem from her position, though he noted her positive contributions and her appointment as a Special Envoy. Markwayne Mullin was confirmed as the new Homeland Security Secretary. The Noem family has requested privacy during this arduous time.

“It has been difficult, but we knew this was coming, that they were going to get divorced,” Corinne Arnold told the Daily Mail.

In March, allegations arose that Bryon Noem was wearing women’s clothes and praising women and their surgically enhanced bodies, according to hundreds of messages reviewed by the Daily Mail.
The messages were between Bryon Noem, 56, and three women working in pornography.
According to the Daily Mail, Bryon Noem also made indiscreet comments about his marriage to Noem. In a selfie shared with one of his online contacts, he is seen in a skin-colored top with fake breasts and pink short shorts.
Arnold said that her daughter shared her plans in late spring, not long after the photos surfaced of Bryon Noem with fake breasts, according to the New York Post.
“Ms. Noem is devastated. The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time,” Noem’s representatives told the New York Post in March.

The allegations came just weeks after President Donald Trump fired Noem from her position. While he acknowledged the good work she had done, he said she was being appointed to Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas.
Then-Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) would become the new Homeland Security Secretary and was confirmed on March 23.
The Washington Examiner contacted Noem’s office for comment.
