Kirk Cameron takes story hour to Arizona: ‘To see our culture changed, we need to create the culture’

Actor, film producer, and author Kirk Cameron met with children, parents, and grandparents in Arizona at his latest story hour stop, calling it “the most faith-honoring, family-oriented and patriotic gathering yet.”

On Friday, Cameron read his faith-based children’s’s book As You Grow at the Civic Center Library in Scottsdale, Arizona, in front of more than 600 people. He also recited the Pledge of Allegiance and sang” God Bless America.”

Cameron told the Washington Examiner,” We talked boldly about tried-and-true solutions to our nation’s’s issues( including the border crisis ), about resuming good and pious values, and about the significance of seeking the truth.”

Arizona’s’s Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb, who recently announced a bid to challenge Sen. Kyrsten Sinema ( I – AZ ) for the US Senate, joined Cameron.

I’ve’ve spent my entire life as a sheriff defending the public and ensuring their safety. There is no greater duty than to safeguard the minds and hearts of our young kids, according to Lamb. When you stop to think about it, that is a significant way. They require our compassion, protection, and devotion. The future of our wonderful nation depends on it.

To assist parents in fighting” the tempest of wokeism that appears to be sweeping the nation ,” Cameron and some Brave Books authors started touring the land earlier this year.

Cameron continued,” We must establish the community if we want to see it changed. We are fostering a culture of great people with social integrity at these events.

On April 29, Cameron will make his last storytime stop in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
