GOP Strategist Karl Rove ⁢Slams Vivek Ramaswamy’s Debate Performance

During a recent interview on WABC ⁤770 talk radio show The Cats Roundtable, renowned GOP strategist Karl Rove ‍didn’t hold back in criticizing Republican presidential candidate⁤ Vivek Ramaswamy’s performance at the debate. Rove described ⁣it as “over-the-top” and “robotic,” leaving no room for ambiguity.

Rove, who served as ⁢former ⁢President George W. Bush’s chief of staff, carefully analyzed ⁤each candidate’s debate performance. When it came to Ramaswamy, Rove pointed⁣ out that while he had ⁣a good evening in terms of points, his substance fell short. As one of⁢ the rising ‌stars in recent polling, Ramaswamy became a prime target that night.

“Representative of that was his comment that everybody else was bought and paid for, which I thought was so over-the-top that it was representative of his mindset,” Rove expressed, emphasizing that Ramaswamy seemed to‌ view himself ‍as “the only perfect person on the stage.”

Rove didn’t stop there. He further criticized Ramaswamy, highlighting his ‍flip-flopping on certain issues and his controversial suggestion to withdraw from Ukraine, which Rove believed would force⁣ Russia to align with China. According to Rove, Ramaswamy got ⁣”whacked‌ around” during the debate.

Referring to Ramaswamy’s delivery, Rove ⁣described it ‍as “robotic.” He even mentioned that former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie delivered one of the most memorable lines of the night, comparing Ramaswamy’s speaking style to that of ChatGPT.

Ramaswamy found himself engaged in heated exchanges with several establishment competitors on stage, including former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Carolina⁣ Gov. Nikki Haley, and Christie. Pence had the most speaking time that night, ⁣closely followed by Ramaswamy.
