“Workers over billionaires participating in protests funded by billionaires,” Concha said on Fox News’s Fox Report With Jon Scott on Saturday. “The irony is so pure that you could snort it.”

The protests took place in cities across the country, and organizers framed the demonstrations as part of International Workers’ Day, focusing on labor rights, unions, and opposition to corporate power.
The discussion comes as some Democrats, including Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), have expressed discomfort with elements of the protests and the broader direction of the party’s more liberal section.
Concha said the scale and coordination behind these protests undermine claims that they are purely grassroots responses to President Donald Trump and his policies.
“It’s all in this attempt to portray this resistance to Trump as something that’s grassroots,” Concha said. “It most certainly is not.”
“Socialism is very real in this country. Democrats are embracing it increasingly,” he said, pointing to figures such as New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
Fox News cited internal polling during the segment, which showed that 66% of self-identified “very Liberal” voters support moving the United States closer to socialism, along with smaller but notable shares of Republicans and conservatives.

“I think this is probably an indictment of our education system,” Concha said. “When you have nearly one-quarter of Republicans and conservatives saying that … they would see that socialism simply does not work.”
Concha ended his point with a quote from former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher: “The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.”
