Megyn Kelly voiced strong ⁢criticism against President‍ Biden’s Title IX revision, labeling it as a significant ‍assault on women’s rights. She highlighted concerns regarding ⁤gender identity matters in educational settings ⁣and the potential violation of the due process rights of men facing⁣ accusations‍ of misconduct. Kelly passionately ⁣called on Democrats to oppose the policy adjustments that⁣ impact locker‌ room access and due process procedures.

Megyn Kelly said on Friday that “Joe Biden must go” as she blasted the president’s Title IX revision, which protects transgender-identifying people and is a “nuclear level attack on women’s rights.”

In a lengthy post on X, the host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast wrote: “DO NOT EVER LET ANY DEMOCRAT TELL YOU THEY CARE ABOUT WOMEN’S RIGHTS EVER AGAIN IF THEY DO NOT STAND UP TO THIS ABOMINATION OF A TITLE IX REVISION.”

“These regs are a nuclear level attack on women’s rights and men’s due process rights,” Kelly said. “JOE BIDEN MUST GO. Your daughter will be forced to share her locker rooms with aroused men who get off on posing as women and there will be nothing you can do.”

“Your son will be stripped of his due process rights if he is accused by anyone on campus of sexual misconduct – his life will be over just w/the accusation,” she added. “No right to cross examine, back to kangaroo ‘courts’ and he will be expelled and labeled a sex offender based on NOTHING.”

“The only people who win are people who say they are ‘trans’ who now get to curtail our language and take over our spaces and eventually our sports,” the host continued. “THIS WILL NOT STAND. Shame on you Biden.”

The post followed the release of the Biden administration’s provision, which “clarifies that sex discrimination includes discrimination based on sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, and gender identity.” The revision will force any K-12 school or higher education institution receiving federal funding to allow boys who identify as girls to use girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and housing accommodations while allowing girls who identify as boys to use boys’ facilities.

The Biden administration’s new change to Title IX also forces teachers and students to use the preferred pronouns of their students or classmates. Additionally, K-12 schools that receive federal funding must go along with students’ chosen gender identity even if it doesn’t match their biological sex without providing notice to or getting approval from parents.

During Friday’s “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast, the host expanded on her comments and said that she was ashamed of Biden and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona’s reversal of the 1972 law that was enacted to protect women and girls.

“No lawmaker has voted on this,” Kelly said. “No Congress has passed this. Joe Biden did it with his education secretary. It’s an agency regulation. … It applies to K-12. It’s not just colleges. The way you talk about these issues, pronouns. He’s waved his magic wand to say we all have to do it the way Joe Biden wants it done.”

Former Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Education Sarah Parshall Perry said the revision of “Title IX—which was enacted to protect women and girls and provide them equal educational opportunities—has been manipulated so that gender activists and woke politicos can feel good about themselves.”

“Under the new rule, girls and women will no longer have any sex-separated bathrooms, locker rooms, housing accommodations, or other educational programs,” she added. “Women’s sports are likely endangered, too. Any education institution, including many private schools that receive even nominal federal funding, will be affected by this rule.”
