Jared Kushner Breaks Silence on Trump Indictment

Jared Kushner, Former President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and one-time White House advisor, recently commented on the indictment of the former president by a Manhattan grand jury, saying it was “very unprecedented.”

During a summit at the Future Investment Initiative Institute, Kushner expressed his concerns over seeing the leader of the opposition party being indicted as an American. According to Kushner, the indictment shows the Democrats’ fear of Trump and his political strength.

Kushner also remarked that it has been tough to witness Trump’s political opponents breaking every norm over the last few years to try and get him. However, he added that his resolve to fight for change and the American people has only gotten stronger with each instance.

It should be noted that there are unsubstantiated allegations that Kushner colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 election.

Kushner served as a senior advisor to Trump from 2017 to 2021, and he is married to Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, who also issued a statement regarding her father’s indictment.

The Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, recently indicted Trump on undisclosed charges related to the hush-money payment scandal involving Stormy Daniels in 2016. The indictment has yet to be unsealed, but reports indicate that Bragg will charge Trump with falsifying business records when he allegedly classified the payment as a business expense instead of a campaign expense, according to legal experts.

Trump’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, has stated that the former president is looking to file motions to dismiss the case in the near future and that there is no chance that Trump will take a plea deal in the case.
