James Sherley: The Right to Life Will Be Constitutionally Protected When the Truth About Abortion Is Acknowledged

Truths can be simple.  Moral truths are simple.  “All human beings have a right to life” This simple truth is part of our Declaration of Independence. It serves as the driving principle for pro-life Americans working to ensure the protection of the preborn child’s right to life. 

Contrary to this, untruths can be complicated.  They can be used to confuse and divert attention from simple truths.  Sometimes untruths can be obvious, such as when Kamala Harir tried to change the Declaration of Independence to favor abortion rights.  It can sometimes be difficult for Americans to recognize untruths, especially in this modern age of information overload and uncertain credibility. 

My entire life as a scientist has been spent exposing and discovering things that are false.  Science is all about identifying and investigating anomalies and contradictions.  One classic example of this method is the discovery and investigation of new planets and other heavenly body due to anomalies that occur in the behavior of the bodies.  Other disciplines like criminal prosecution can also detect untruths by finding and solving contradictions in witnesses’ testimonies.   

Recent demonstrations organized by pro-life groups at March for Life, followed by those of pro-choice groups later on, highlight the important distinction between these opposing messages.  Contrary to the prolife message of equal rights for all people, including preborn babies, the prochoice messaging is full of contradictions.

This is a common procedure.  Pro-choice protesters claim that they want to Give their daughters a better future by giving them the option to have an abortion.But current abortion practice will see millions of girls die before their time.  The semantic bickering of abortionists continues about the topic. personhood of preborn children, while they ignore their irrefutable humanhood – as living human beings. 

If we existed in a rational time, with legislative actions and referenda to ban abortion, the preborn child’s right to live would prevail.  America is still in an extended period of irrationality on the abortion issue.  The untruths that have been engendered nearly 50 years of scientifically invalid rule of a majority of our irrationality are what keeps us from rationality. Roe.  Now, the correction of DobbsAmericans can now constitutionalize the right of every human being to live.  As with the end of slavery, social reformation is inevitable.  It will take time for Americans to accept the simple moral truth that we all share, but it is likely it will happen sooner than expected.
