The IDF successfully eliminated a significant number of Hamas terrorists near the Erez crossing. These terrorists had emerged from a tunnel and engaged in combat against Israeli forces.

The IDF also carried out strikes in Lebanon, targeting Iranian-backed terrorists from Hezbollah. These terrorists have been launching small-scale attacks against Israel in recent weeks. The IDF also targeted a site in the Mount Dov area, where Hezbollah terrorists were planning missions against Israel and had launched rockets.
“In the attack, many weapons were also destroyed with which the terrorists planned to carry out additional launches towards Israeli territory,” the IDF stated. “Following reports of an alert in the north of the country, three launches were detected from Lebanese territory towards Israel. Two launches were successfully intercepted by air defense fighters, while another fell in an open area. IDF forces responded by firing at the sources of the attacks.”
