Thomas Massie, Tom Barrett, Warren Davidson, Brian Fitzpatrick, Nancy Mace, Mariannette Miller-Meeks, and Zach Nunn.

The resolution passed 220-204 with seven Republicans supporting the measure, three more than who backed the legislation in two previous votes. Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Tom Barrett (R-MI), Warren Davidson (R-OH), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), along with new “yes” votes Reps. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA), and Zach Nunn (R-IA), broke with GOP leadership to support the measure.
