Monztka again went into detail about how the bill is racially discriminatory while unjustly instilling a sense of inadequacy in minorities by claiming that they are” stuck in the class system.”

She continued,” I’m sick of everyone acting like it’s 1930 and denying the enormous progress we’ve made in this country.

Monztka likened the group to Jim Crow as well.

” This program won’t support the success of children of color.” She claimed that all it does is eliminate any reason to begin.
