International Criminal Court preparing investigation into Russia for war crimes

While it is not known who the court will charge in each instance, experts and diplomats from outside suggest that Russia’s President will be charged. Moscow claimed that its reeducation program was a humanitarian mission to help children left behind by the war. But investigators found that Russian forces took children out of orphanages and group homes, and sent them to Russian citizens’ homes or summer camps.
