Pritzker: DeSantis lacks intelligence for presidency.

Gov. Pritzker Slams Gov. ‍DeSantis, Questions His Intelligence

Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D-IL) didn’t hold⁣ back in his criticism of Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), suggesting that ⁤he ⁣lacks the intelligence required to be president.

The ongoing feud between the two governors escalated when Pritzker signed a controversial law allowing illegal immigrants⁢ to serve as police ⁣officers. ⁢DeSantis strongly opposed the move, arguing that it poses a threat to American citizenship and sovereignty. In response, Pritzker took a ‌jab at DeSantis’ intellect.

“This man isn’t smart enough to be ⁢president,” Pritzker boldly declared on ⁢X, the platform formerly known as Twitter. “I proudly signed the bill allowing legal permanent‍ residents & DACA recipients in IL to serve their communities as police officers. Our military already does it & it’s the right thing to do—no matter what lies the right-wing spreads.”

DeSantis, seizing the opportunity, portrayed⁣ Pritzker’s law as a consequence of the ongoing border crisis and vowed to⁤ combat illegal immigration if elected president.

“To⁢ the Left, citizenship‍ is meaningless. Illinois is ⁣now letting illegal aliens become police officers,” DeSantis posted on X. “In Florida, we took action ⁣to combat the harms of Biden’s border crisis. We also value our citizen officers who serve and protect our communities.”

He‌ further pledged, “As President, I will restore American sovereignty. No illegal alien ‍should have authority over⁢ any American citizen. It is a sad commentary on the state of America that this is even a debate.”
