And who do you think you’re working for? You’re not cute enough, you don’t dress well enough — nothing about you is attractive enough to overcome that deficit,” Samuels asserted.
Samuels, who narrowly lost to Omar in the 2022 Democratic primary by 2,500 votes, previously served as a city councilman in Minneapolis. He positioned himself as a “pro-police” and law enforcement candidate, in stark contrast to Omar’s vocal opposition to law enforcement.
