If The Dominion Defamation Lawsuit Is A Slam Dunk, Why Are CNN And The New York Times Lying About It?

Perhaps a jury will find Fox News responsible for the negative perception of a tech company that votes. I don’t care. If not, CNN viewers and New York Times readers might be able to sue the two for lying about the details.

CNN and The Times gleefully shared this information. New legal documents Prove that prominent Fox executives knew that Donald Trump’s 2020 campaign counsels made false claims about Dominion Voting Systems machines that corrupted the 2020 election and that they repeated them to Fox audiences as true. This would make Fox liable for Dominion’s defamation for the purpose, Dominion claims, of satisfying Trump-loving viewers.

The evidence to back it up — or, as CNN and the Times suggest, indisputably prove it! — is in the court filings by Dominion, which include comments made publicly by Fox personnel and private messages between primetime hosts and executives.

These private communications show that Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham have privately denied the claims made by members of Trump’s legal team about Dominion machines were compromised Joe Biden won a false victory. Interestingly, however, nothing is known about Fox’s or any other Fox staffers asserting that Dominion claims are true.

Some hosts air segments with Trump advisers. These claims were repeated by some hosts and they acknowledged that the allegations were public. However, there is no evidence that Fox hosts, producers or reporters have endorsed the allegations.

Although I don’t know who it is that needs it at CNN and Times (everyone), it is not an incontinence. “lie” Cite allegations made by campaign officials and lawyers of sitting presidents. Fox’s people did not intentionally mislead their viewers by citing those claims (which were again made in part by former associates). This means that they informed their viewers about real-life events. “FACT CHECK: YOU’RE WRONG, MR. PRESIDENT!”

Here’s an extreme example of Fox host discussing 2020 election suspicions, voting machines and more. Jeanine Pirro late November This year: “The president’s lawyers have come forward alleging … The president’s lawyer’s alleging … which they say … And the president’s lawyers alleging … These are serious allegations … The president’s lawyers offered evidence … The president’s lawyers have indicated …”

Pirro shared with her audience the statements of Trump’s lawyers. It’s not illegal to tell the truth about what’s going on in the world.

Another way to put it, Nicholas Sandmann sued CNN. You were awarded a settlementFor describing his appearance on a viral video in ways suggesting he was an aggressive racist. Are I now responsible to further harm Sandmann’s?
