Attorneys for Hunter Biden to Complete with Federal Prosecutors: State

According to a recent report, Hunter Biden attorneys will meet with Department of Justice ( DOJ ) representatives next week to discuss the criminal investigation into the president’s’s adult son.

According to sources, Delaware’s’s U. S. Attorney David Weiss and at least one older DOJ official are expected to attend this meeting, which was requested by the defense team of Biden, according to The Wall Street Journal. According to the information source, the DOJ routinely grants calls from defense attorneys to present their opinions based on the evidence gathered and to get updates on criminal investigations.

Investigators from the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS) have been looking into Biden’s’s tax affairs, foreign business dealings, and other matters as part of the alleged investigation that has been ongoing since 2018. Democratic lawmakers are currently looking into Hunter Biden and the other members of President Joe Bden’s’s family on their own.

Although Hunter Biden has stated that he anticipates being exonerated of crime in the judicial investigation, The Washington Post reported in October that federal investigators believed they had enough proof to accuse the younger biden of tax acts and making a false statement about buying guns. The statement, Lytle said to Fox News, was” unfortunate ,” but he emphasized that his client is not backing down. He said,” Incidents like this are kind of what worried him, but he wants to come forward and tell the point.”
