Hunter Biden’s Ex-Business Partner Devon Archer Sentenced to One Year Jail, $15 Million Forfeiture
Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner and best friend was just sentenced to one year, plus one day in jail in New York’s district court. The New York Post’s Miranda Devine reported the news.

“Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner/best friend, was just sentenced in NY District Court to 1 year, 1 day in jail plus 1 year parole and $15m forfeiture for defrauding a Native American tribe,” she reported. “Only a presidential pardon will save him.”
“Judge Ronnie Abrams said the crime was too serious for the non custodial sentence Archer’s lawyer requested,” Devine added. “But the sentence was less than the 30 mths requested by prosecutors, parity with co-defendant Bevan Cooney. Judge Abrams cited COVID as a reason for the lesser sentence.”
Devon Archer had served with Hunter Biden on the board of Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings. In 2014, he golfed with both Hunter Biden and now-president Joe Biden in the Hamptons.
Joe Biden has repeatedly denied any involvement with his son’s illicit business dealings in Ukraine and in China.
“I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden said in October 2019. “I know Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a president. You should be asking him why is he on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader. You should be looking at Trump.”
In her book “Laptop from Hell,” Devine recounted the email that showed that Biden expected a ten percent cut for his influence on the deals.
Oneida would be split according to an email sent by James Gilliar to the group on May 13, 2017, laying out the distribution of shares.
“The equity will be distributed as follows,” wrote Gilliar, listing the shares in percentages.
