Federal prosecutors have recently indicted Hunter Biden on gun charges, according to NBC News. This breaking news has caught the attention of many.
Special counsel David Weiss has taken action against President Joe Biden’s son after failed attempts to reach a plea deal. Unfortunately, the agreement fell apart last month when U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika raised concerns about the extent of Hunter’s immunity under the deal.
Earlier this month, Weiss hinted at potential charges against Hunter for lying on a federal firearm registration form and illegally possessing a gun. In 2018, Hunter purchased a handgun and falsely claimed on the application form that he was drug-free.
