Huge fireball takes over Maryland highway as gas tanker crash kills driver

Social media was used by local residents to capture the huge fireball and plumes black smoke that engulfed the roadway and streets, setting fire to nearby houses.

“Frederick County Fire & Rescue are on scene of what appears to be a tanker explosion in the area,” Frederick Mayor Michael O’Connor wrote Facebook
