House Report: J6 Committee Concealed Evidence Contradicting Democratic Conspiracies

Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., has exposed shocking abuses ‍by the Democrats’ partisan Jan. 6 Select Committee in a groundbreaking report released‍ on Monday.

Loudermilk, who chairs ‍the Committee‍ on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight, spent the past year meticulously reviewing the ⁣work of the ⁤select committee led by then-Rep. and committee Vice Chair Liz Cheney. His findings reveal that the J6 probe deliberately concealed crucial evidence that undermined the Democrats’ ⁢narratives during the ‌highly contentious⁤ 2022 midterm ⁢elections.

“For nearly two years, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January ‍6th Select Committee promoted hearsay and cherry-picked information to‍ serve its political agenda — to prosecute former President Donald Trump through legislation,” Loudermilk stated. “It comes ⁣as no surprise that‌ the Select Committee’s final report primarily focused on former President Trump and his supporters, rather than addressing the security failures and necessary reforms to ensure the ‌safety of the United States Capitol in the present day.”

Loudermilk’s subcommittee has now unveiled ‌the ⁢initial findings of their investigation, more than a year after a separate Republican⁤ review of⁣ the Capitol security failures ‍on January‌ 6,⁢ 2021, revealed Pelosi’s culpability in rejecting requests to call in ‌the ⁤National Guard preemptively.

Uncovering the Cover-Up

Shortly after Republicans regained control of the House ‍in 2022, then-GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy ‌sent a letter to Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., the ⁣chairman ‍of the Jan. 6 committee, demanding⁢ the preservation of all records and transcripts collected during the investigation. However, Loudermilk’s ⁢investigators discovered that Thompson’s committee had deleted a significant amount of information, including “hundreds‌ of video recordings.”

Loudermilk’s⁢ subcommittee also found that the Select Committee failed to ⁤archive over a terabyte of digital data.

“The‌ Select Committee also deleted or withheld more than ⁣100 digital documents from the hard drives provided to‌ the Subcommittee,”⁢ Loudermilk’s ⁤report revealed. “These documents included numerous password-protected and ‌encrypted files,⁤ and in ⁤some instances, they were deleted just⁤ days‌ before Republicans assumed the majority‍ in‍ January 2023.”

Last week, ‌Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway exposed the J6 committee for⁤ suppressing testimony from former ‌White House Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato. In his initial interview with the⁢ select committee‌ on January 28, 2022, Ornato revealed that⁤ he overheard Chief of ⁤Staff Mark Meadows urging D.C. Mayor ⁤Muriel Bowser to mobilize as many National Guard troops as⁣ necessary.

“He also testified ⁣that President Trump had suggested the need for 10,000⁤ troops to maintain peace during the public rallies and protests scheduled for January 6, 2021,” Hemingway reported. “Ornato also described the White House’s frustration with Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller’s slow deployment of assistance on the afternoon of‌ January 6, 2021.”

Ornato’s testimony directly‌ contradicts‍ the Jan. 6 committee’s⁢ narrative of a president⁤ inciting an “insurrection.”

A ‌few months later,‌ the Jan. 6⁣ committee’s star witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, who had worked for Meadows,⁤ publicly testified that⁤ Ornato had informed her that President Trump had ‌attempted to forcefully take control of the‍ presidential limousine and drive himself to the Capitol during the riot. However, immediately after Hutchinson’s dramatic appearance, Ornato stated that he was prepared to testify under oath that nothing Hutchinson described had ever occurred. Ornato ⁢had previously informed lawmakers that there were never any plans for the president to travel to the Capitol:

No. I did not know that. I mean, I don’t think ‍— that couldn’t have happened. Nobody had — ⁢nobody would be prepared⁣ for ⁢that. There would be no security to do that. There would‍ be no — I‌ mean, that was like I said,‌ talked about a couple of days, whenever it was prior, and it was scoffed at and‍ moved on,⁤ and‍ I never heard about it ⁢again.

More Than Just ⁢Ornato

Ornato was not the only administration official whose testimony undermined Hutchinson’s credibility. Loudermilk’s report cited ‍”four White House employees” whose testimonies directly contradicted Hutchinson’s claims.

“None of‌ the White House employees corroborated Hutchinson’s sensational story ⁢about ‍President Trump lunging for the steering wheel of the Beast,” the report stated. “None⁣ of them testified‌ to hearing anything even remotely similar to Hutchinson’s account.”

Furthermore, one former ‍White House employee disputed Hutchinson’s testimony that Trump made ‍a comment ⁢implying support ‌for the execution of Vice President Mike Pence. The unnamed staffer “testified⁣ that neither the President nor any other staff⁣ member made ⁣comments” regarding the “Hang⁣ Mike Pence” chants at ⁤the Capitol.

Collusion Between J6 Committee and Fani Willis

In December, House Republicans sent letters ‌ to Chairman Thompson and Fani Willis, the Georgia‍ prosecutor who indicted Trump, to investigate potential coordination between the two investigations targeting Trump. ⁤Loudermilk’s report on Monday outlined strong evidence of collusion between Thompson’s Jan. ‌6 committee and Willis’ politically ⁣motivated prosecution of the Republican presidential frontrunner and presumptive nominee.

“Based on public reporting,⁢ the Select Committee‌ shared important records⁣ with Willis and ⁤the Fulton County‌ District Attorney’s Office,” Loudermilk’s⁣ team revealed. “The Subcommittee has launched an investigation into the extent of‍ the coordination between‍ Willis and the Select Committee and ⁣is committed to uncovering the truth.”

Willis is currently ‌under investigation for hiring a special prosecutor on the Trump ⁤case with whom she had a romantic‌ relationship.

⁤ How did the Jan. 6 Select Committee’s focus on former President‍ Trump and⁤ his supporters overshadow the underlying issues that led to the breach?

‌R. Instead, they described a measured and⁤ calm ‍response from⁢ the former ⁤president.”

In addition to the selective release of ⁢information and the suppression‌ of exonerating evidence, Loudermilk’s report also highlighted the lack of focus on the security failures ‌and necessary reforms to prevent similar incidents in the ⁤future.

“The committee’s final report ⁤primarily focused on⁤ former President Trump and his supporters, rather than addressing the‌ underlying issues that led ‌to‍ the breach of the Capitol,” the report stated. “This raises serious concerns ‌about the committee’s intentions and its commitment to a fair⁤ and unbiased investigation.”

Loudermilk’s findings are not only ⁤significant in ‌exposing the⁤ misconduct of⁣ the Jan. 6 Select Committee, but they also shed light on the larger issue of‌ partisan agendas‍ overshadowing ‌the pursuit of the truth. With the upcoming midterm elections, ⁤it is crucial that the American‍ people⁣ have access to accurate and comprehensive information about the events of January 6, 2021, in order to make informed decisions.

Moving ⁢Forward

In⁤ light of these revelations, it is‍ imperative that ⁤the Jan. 6 Select ⁣Committee is ‌held accountable for its actions. The deliberate concealment of evidence and‌ the manipulation‌ of narratives undermine the integrity of the committee’s work and cast doubt on its credibility.

Furthermore, there ⁣must be a renewed focus ⁢on the security failures that allowed⁣ the ‍breach of the Capitol to occur. It is⁣ essential that the necessary reforms are implemented to ensure the⁤ safety of the United States ⁢Capitol and its occupants.

As we approach the⁤ midterm elections, it is crucial that the American people demand transparency and⁢ accountability from their elected‌ officials. The truth must prevail over partisan politics, and the events⁤ of‌ January 6, 2021, must be⁣ fully investigated and understood in order to safeguard our democracy.

Rep.‍ Barry Loudermilk’s groundbreaking report‌ serves as a reminder of the importance⁢ of‌ an impartial and comprehensive investigation. It is a call to action for all Americans to hold their ⁢representatives accountable and demand the truth.
