Hollywood celebs bash Elder, Republicans amid Calif. gubernatorial recall election

Left-wing celebrities in Hollywood are rallying together criticizing California gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder ahead of upcoming recall election in an attempt to stop the front-runner from gaining any more steam.
Actor Alec Baldwin has called Elder a “dangerous idiot” while fellow actor Josh Gad said a ‘yes’ vote to recall Gavin Newsom will lead to “catastrophe.” However, Baldwin and Gad are not the only ones to rely on name calling and hyperbole to try and keep the Democrat governor in office.

Actor Ron Perlman, in a profanity laced tirade last week, bashed the recall election and Republicans. He compared Republicans, a U.S. political party, to terrorist group ISIS that just took credit for a suicide bombing attack that killed 13 U.S. service members.

Despite their best efforts to shame Californians who aim to vote ‘yes’ on September 14 and vote to elect Elder, the gubernatorial candidate holds a strong lead in the polls of challengers with data showing a current 19-point lead over the next most popular candidate.
