Hershey Kisses Off Real Women With Nutty Trans Pandering, Says Ben Shapiro

According to a report by Reuters, Hershey’s seems to be trying to prove that men are better than women with its new bizarre ad campaign. Ben Shapiro, The Daily Wire.

The best-selling author, and host of “The Ben Shapiro Show” According to the Pennsylvania chocolate company, the use of a transgender women to promote Women’s History Month was the latest instance of woke idiocy in which it defeats its own purpose. The advertisement for the “SHE” Bar features Fae Johnstone among the “women” Who “shine a light on the women and girls who inspire us every day.”

“They decided to also release a commercial that featured one of the best women in the world, one of the best women in the world, a dude,” Shapiro made the observation on Thursday’s podcast.

If the ad campaign was designed to generate a buzz, it was a success. The hashtag “BoycottHersheys” was trending on Twitter Thursday after the rollout, in which Johnstone declares, “We can create a world where everyone is able to live in public space as their honest and authentic selves.”

Shapiro had a more sardonic prediction of how the SHE bar will benefit the fairer sex.

“It will help single, lonely 40-year-old women relieve their depression by eating as much chocolate as possible, presumably,” he quipped.

It’s the third year Hershey’s has run the same female-focused campaign. In a press release, the company boasted of its commitment to women and “changing the future.”

“We are excited to reintroduce the Hershey’s SHE bars in new, meaningful ways as part of Hershey’s larger commitment to supporting women and girls this Women’s History Month and every month,” brand manager Katie DeCapria said of the program re-launch.

Johnstone’s website describes the Canada native as a “white settler,” small business owner, feminist, and writer. Johnstone has been active in transgender causes and runs a consulting firm.

But promoting women’s issues with biological women might have been more inspiring, Shapiro mused.

“See how Hershey’s Canada is changing the future by featuring a dude?” he said. “Those are the best women. She is a woman. She is a beautiful woman. Changing the future with a voice deeper than my own, by a significant margin.”
