Hecklers Derail Pelosi Event, Call Her ‘Warmonger,’ ‘Sad Old Drunk’

A recent event featuring the former House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, was disrupted by a loud heckler who shouted at her and called her names before being removed from the venue by security personnel. The heckler accused Pelosi of having a “very bad obsession” with getting the US into war.

The incident took place at The City University of New York’s Graduate Center where Pelosi was speaking with economist Paul Krugman. Another heckler quickly appeared and criticized Pelosi for provoking war and even referred to her as a “sad old drunk.”

The first heckler shouted at Pelosi, “For some reason, you have a very bad obsession of getting us into war. Hey, why is it that you did not admit that there were no WMDs in Iraq? You lied us into a war in Iraq. You got us to invade Afghanistan. Now over 90% of those people are impoverished and are dying. Why don’t you tell the truth about Nordstream? You’re leaving millions of Germans without energy! You have a knack for getting us into war! People like you should be arrested. You are a war criminal!”

Pelosi kept her calm and did not respond to the hecklers while she waited for normalcy to resume. Security personnel intervened and removed multiple hecklers from the hall.
