From Title IX To Title None, Biden Kills Women’s Sports And Safety

President Biden’s proposed rule is threatening to end Title IX’s protection for women in sports.

Female athletes will no longer be protected against sex discrimination in sports designated for girls only, from elementary through middle school. For policies in high school and college levels, female athletes will need to prove that trans-identifying males are at an unfair advantage to keep them out of the team and their locker rooms.

Despite Biden’s claims, Title IX was never about “fairness” but equal opportunities for female student-athletes who were denied the same benefits as their male peers based on their natural sex.

Under Biden’s new rule, any “sex-related criteria” such as having a penis will not be relevant in defining who can participate as a female athlete. Transgender individuals have priority in civil rights claims, with trans-identifying males being categorized as female athletes, and any male who desires to partake in sports under a female identity will be given the upper hand.

These rules will nullify Title IX and revoke the equal opportunity assurance that it has provided women and girls for the past 50 years.

A trans-identifying male who used to swim for the University of Pennsylvania men’s team, Will Thomas, is now classified as female and can participate in female teams. Biden’s policy on Title IX is a perverted version of sex discrimination that treats trans-identifying males as female athletes.

Biden’s rule could force many to scrap sex-separated sports altogether, sidelining female athletes in their own sports.

Women’s organizations such as Champion Women, the Women’s Sports Foundation, and the Women’s Sports Policy Working Group are now condoning the betrayal of women’s interests by surrendering their natural-born status to the ideology of a trans-crazed culture that believes any man can make a better female athlete in women’s sports.

Self-respecting women and fathers should stand up and voice their opposition to Biden’s Title None rule. They should not sacrifice women’s status on the altar of trans-madness.
