Franklin Graham Warns Christians: “Every Demon in Hell Has Been Turned Loose”

“I believe there’s a coming storm that we’re all going to [have to] be ready for,”

“It’s not going to be good. The world is deteriorating so quickly. It seems like every demon in hell has been turned loose.”

Evangelist Franklin Graham recently spoke to an audience of about 2,000 at the International Christian Media Convention hosted by the National Religious Broadcasters in Orlando, Florida. He warned Christians to brace themselves for rough sailing ahead and to be prepared for a coming storm. Graham cautioned that a flood of “wokeness” threatens to silence Christian ministries and drown out the Gospel message. He pointed out that many conservative and Christian organizations have experienced such attacks in recent years, including the National Committee for Religious Freedom, which recently had its Chase bank accounts closed without warning.

Guard Against Being Deceived

Graham told the crowd to guard against being deceived and to persevere in the truth. He said Christians are “living in a cancel culture that wants to destroy Christian organizations,” but he encouraged listeners to persevere in the truth. One such driver of cancel culture is the LGBT agenda, the evangelist said. However, he said, the answer is to keep speaking the truth rather than avoiding conflict to spare anyone’s feelings.

Put on the Full Armor of God

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis also spoke at the convention, encouraging the group to put on the full armor of God and stand firm in the truth. He warned that weaponized government is turning the reins of power against people of faith. DeSantis urged Christians to get ready, put on the full armor of God, stand firm in the truth, and never ever back down.

Now Is the Time for Action

Graham echoed DeSantis’ call to action, saying, “We cannot back up, we can’t retreat. Don’t apologize for the Gospel — just declare it, just preach it.” He warned that a storm is coming and Christians need to be prepared. The world is deteriorating quickly, and every demon in hell has been turned loose. But with the full armor of God and a commitment to speaking the truth, Christians can weather the storm and emerge victorious.
