Former U.S. Snowboarders and Olympians Sue Coach, Federation and Olympic Committee for Sex Trafficking

Three former U.S. members are suing their former coach. Three former members of U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team are suing their former coach. The national federation, its CEO and the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Multiple reports allege that sex trafficking, harassment, as well as enabling and covering multiple acts of sexual assault or misconduct, are all factors.

Callan Chythlook -Sifsof and Rosey Fletcher, Olympians, claimed in their lawsuit that Peter Foley, Gale, and Callan Choythlook -Sifsof were the defendants. “Tiger” Shaw and the USOPC “conspired together and acted in concert to their mutual benefit.” commit unlawful acts.”

Fletcher, a 2006 Bronze medalist, claims Foley Sexually assaulted She assaulted her at 19 and again in a post-race event at Olympics. Chythlook Sifsof claims she was raped and beaten by a male coach “nearly three times her age from an opposing team” She was 16 when she competed in the 2005 World Junior Championships.

Lindsey Nikola, a former employee of the Federation, stated in a separate lawsuit Thursday: Foley “sexually harassed and sexually assaulted” she forced her to take nude pictures in hotel rooms at two World Cup ski races.
