Former NBA Star Paul Pierce on ESPN Firing after Stripper, Weed Video: “What Did I Do Wrong?”
Paul Pierce now questions what he did right to be fired from ESPN two years later.
Pierce discussed the incident in which he was fired by the Worldwide Leader after posting a video on Instagram showing him playing blackjack, surrounded by incredible dancing, and smoking cannabis. Pierce appeared on the” I Am Athlete” radio.

Pierce claimed that they were just playing cards while Brandon Marshall laughed that the camera” looked like an orgy” was playing.
When asked who shot the party, Pierce replied that it was a selfie video. The group then made fun of the apparent Ja Morant situation by comparing it to the time the former Grizzlies star appeared to be brandishing an gun while posting an Instagram video of himself at an Arizona strip club.
Pierce remarked,” I don’t even go live sometimes. I was just feeling my hair cut or anything, and then it was popping behind me.”
Pierce claimed that an ESPN higher-up called him and asked him what was going on in the game, to which he replied that it was” self-explanatory” after claiming that she was conducting an investigation.
The movie was shot in California, where marijuana is legal, but ESPN couldn’t handle the entire construction.
