A DoorDash driver was kidnapped and sexually assaulted while making a delivery at a Florida hotel. The victim, a woman, was left traumatized by the horrific incident.

A Florida man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping, raping, and shooting a member of the family of a DoorDash driver. Joseph Killins, 38, allegedly held the driver at gunpoint, forced her back into her car, and drove her to an apartment complex where he raped her. Family members of the victim rescued her after tracking her cellphone location, but Killins allegedly fired multiple bullets at them, injuring one. Killins was also named as a suspect in a robbery the following day. Detectives working on both cases collaborated, leading them to the Tampa Inn, where they arrested Killins late Friday night. DoorDash has expressed its support for the victim and hopes that justice will be served. Killins faces multiple charges and is currently being held at Orient Road Jail.
