More than $500k spent to train mice to consume excessive amounts of alcohol. $200k to promote a radio campaign encouraging motorists to stop at railway crossings. Nearly $700k is spent to study parrot romance. $2.3 million injecting 6-month-old beagle puppies with cocaine.

That it’s impossible to make a snapping sound with metal fingers.”
