Federal Court Dropout: Kanye’s Australian Burger Case Thrown Out

Kanye West (an American rapper best known for his fight against Melbourne’s burger restaurants) has been dropped from college and taken to Federal Court.

Ye is now called Ye. Ye sued Mark Elkhouri, owner of College Dropout Burgers, claiming that The College Dropout Burgers had engaged in misleading or deceptive conduct.

Elkhouri and the suburban eatery were accused of suggesting that they were connected to Ye, or that Ye sponsored or approved them.

Ye and his attorneys remained silent after Ye filed the case on October 20, 222.

Friday’s Federal Court hearing turned out to be a success. Elkhouri’s lawyers asked for dismissal and a order that Ye pay the costs.

Justice Shaun McElwaine said that such orders shouldn’t be issued so early in a case. Ye and his attorneys had already failed three times to comply with legal obligations. They did not respond on Tuesday to the notification of their application.

“One might have thought that if he was trying to preserve his claims, and to prosecute this proceeding he might have felt it necessary to appoint an attorney to appear before me today. Justice McElwaine stated that he has not done so.

Ye stated that he had not taken any steps to make the proceeding move after he filed it.

Elkhouri was left out of pocket by the proceedings, but he would not say how much. Ye is not the only one who doesn’t expect Elkhouri to pay him back.

Elkhouri isn’t certain if the College Dropout name will be remembered.

He said, “Although it isn’t forcing me to change anything, I am open to the possibility of changing my name.”

Elkhouri said that he still loves Kanye West and was influenced in many ways by him. However, he doesn’t believe he can support the “Ye are a character” he is becoming or the narrative that he has attempted to portray.

Kanye West officially changed his name from Ye to Ye in 2021. He said that the name was a reflection “Our good, our bad, and our confused.”.

Elkhouri stated that he could not deny the influence Kanye West had in his life. However, the court experience made him look closer for role models such as his wife Amanda and his father Sammy.

He said, “My true idols are the closest people to me. These are the people I look up to on a daily basis. They are real idols that I can follow.”

He’ll still make a Kanye reference when he feels like it.

He said that “”What would you do if it didn’t win?” is the question that everyone keeps asking me.” Ye’s 2005 Grammy Award-winning speech The College Dropout, cited by Ye.
