EXCLUSIVE: Biden’s Intelligence Agencies Mark Pride Month with Complimentary Trans Flag Manicures and ‘Filipinx’ Talks

The U.S. Office of the ⁣Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is actively participating in Pride Month by hosting a series of LGBTQ+ supportive events. ​These activities include agents getting their nails ⁢painted with transgender flag colors, crocheting Pride ​flags,⁣ and ⁣attending a Pride Ally Challenge. Additionally, a guest​ speaker, AC Dumlao, a Filipino-American activist, will lead a​ discussion on ‌trans ⁤and non-binary identities.

The involvement of ODNI in Pride events, which also feature collaborations with international allies like the Five Eyes intelligence group, has been criticized by Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL). Waltz views these actions as a misplacement of priorities, ⁣asserting that the⁤ administration should focus more on critical intelligence and security matters rather than social initiatives. This stance reflects broader concerns about the infiltration of ​progressive ideologies into the U.S. intelligence community and other sectors‍ of the federal government, as the Biden administration continues to promote DEI (Diversity, ‌Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives across various ‌federal agencies. ⁤These efforts include revising ⁣language guidelines around sensitive topics and incorporating gender-neutral terms in internal ⁢communications.

The top intelligence agency in the United States is celebrating Pride Month by inviting agents to have the transgender flag painted on their nails, participate in a “Pride Ally Challenge,” and learn from a “non-binary,” “Filipinx” activist who has taught children about her non-binary identity, a document exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire reveals.

The intelligence document outlines nine different Pride Month activities held by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a cabinet-level agency overseeing the rest of the IC, including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and intelligence components in each branch of the military. Over the course of the month, intelligence officers will have their nails painted with trans flags, or even learn to crochet their very own Pride flags.

“For nail painting, we’ll have our pro team of FVEY artistes ready to decorate you ready for Pride Month, with the option of celebrating pride or trans flag colors,” the document reads before further encouraging intelligence agents to have their nails painted. “If you don’t normally paint your nails, or have never done so, all the better! We’ll do everything for you, and you might just love it. What better way to show your allyship to the community?”

The elaborate array of Pride celebrations, all of which will occur during the work hours of America’s top intelligence apparatus, demonstrates one of the most blatant ways in which the most powerful instruments of the federal government have been captured and leveraged by leftwing ideologues.

Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), a member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence and combat-decorated U.S. Army veteran who fought in the elite Green Berets, confirmed the authenticity of the document with the intelligence community. He said it’s another example of the Biden administration wasting valuable time and resources away from serious intelligence-gathering activities that are vital to our national security.

“It just shows where this administration’s priorities continue to be, which is a virtue signal to the progressive Left, rather than staying focused on lethality, effective intelligence collection, and keeping America safe,” Waltz told The Daily Wire. “It’s just a total misplacement of priorities, and it comes from the top, and it comes from highly politicized political appointees, by political appointees that are pushing an agenda.”

The “Nails & Crafts” event was held with the Pride Employee Resource Group as well as the “FVEY Liaison Offices,” a reference to the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance that includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The document’s reference to Five Eyes indicates that foreign intelligence agents may have been invited or present at the nail painting event.

The same event also featured crochet lessons from “FVEY crocheters,” who taught “how to make Pride flags.”

That nail painting event, which took place on June 4th, came just ahead of a talk from guest speaker AC Dumlao, who is described as a “transgender non-binary first-generation Filipinx-American activist and educator” and has a website called “Call Me They.”

“AC will lead a discussion focused on transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse identities,” as well as “where we are today with trans rights and ending discrimination,” the event description reads.

Dumlao “specializes in advising on inclusive policies for transgender and non-binary individuals in the workplace” according to her website. It goes on to explain that “AC is dedicated to providing representation to queer and trans young people of the global majority.” Dumlao even appeared on a YouTube channel aimed at preschoolers, called “Queer Kids Stuff,” to teach children about non-binary gender identity and that gender exists on a spectrum.

Dumlao’s website lists a number of different organizations that she recommends supporting, each of which further highlights the extent of Dumlao’s radicalism. One such organization, called the Manna-hatta Fund, describes itself as “an invitation to all settlers and non-Native people who wish to acknowledge the legacy of theft and genocide that comprise the history of New York City and the United States.” The radical activist also points those who visit her site to Red Canary Song, an organization of “Asian and Migrant sex workers and massage workers, organizing transnationally.” The group states its work “is in the tradition of sex worker mutual aid.”

The ODNI provided several more outlets for intelligence agents to celebrate Pride Month.

The document encourages agents to write blog posts for the “Why I’m an Ally” series, which is run by the Pride Employee Resource Group and provides an “informal way for allies of the Pride Community to explain just why they actively choose to be an ally.” The Pride Employee Resource Group also sought to recruit new leadership, explaining that the organizations “provide employees of underrepresented groups and their allies the tools and ability to identify and address barriers that may hinder the achievement of that population.”

There was also a “Pride Month Kick-off Event” earlier in the month that featured members of the Pride Employee Resource Group who shared “personal observations about how inclusivity has grown in the workplace.” A panel discussion on the “transgender community across generations,” scheduled for June 17th, will bring together “members of the transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive community across generations” to discuss “their unique lived experiences.”

Then there’s ODNI’s “Pride Ally Challenge,” which began on June 3 and takes intelligence agents on a “guided journey to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and empower you to become a better, more well-informed ally” across 20 different daily activities.

ODNI is also hosting a “Walk with Pride” event halfway through the month, inviting intelligence agents to “[c]elebrate Pride and show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community” in the march. “Be sure to sport your pride swag!” the document reads.

In case agents want yet another chance to celebrate Pride Month, there will also be an “IC Pride Summit” for the intelligence community at the end of the month.

Waltz said this is not the time for the country to lose focus, and that adversaries are becoming more powerful while components within our intelligence community are distracted by political agendas.

“I think it is a total misplacement of priorities from senior leaders all the way down the chain, and you overlay this with the amount of threats that we’re facing as a country from peer adversaries that are eclipsing us in hypersonics, in nuclear weapons, in space, in the size of their navy, in espionage,” Waltz continued. “You’ve got the FBI director saying that we’re opening, they’re opening a new counter-espionage case against China every 12 hours, and they don’t have anywhere near the resources to deal with it.”

“How about we get some meat eaters that are worried about putting bullets on foreheads or bombs on foreheads of bad guys? Collecting intelligence, filling gaps, spying, conducting covert activities to keep America safe,” Waltz added.

The revelations about ODNI’s extensive Pride Month celebrations come after The Daily Wire previously exposed another facet of the ODNI’s DEI agenda. One DEI newsletter published and distributed by ODNI included an article from an intelligence agent who claimed that crossdressing made him a better agent. “I think my experiences as someone who crossdresses have sharpened the skills I use as an intelligence officer,” the official ODNI document reads.

That same document also warned intelligence agents against using “problematic language” when discussing Islamic terrorism. The document contended that “some of the problematic phrases include, but are not limited to: ‘Salafi-Jihadist,’ ‘Jihadist,’ ‘Islamic-Extremist,’ ‘Sunni/Shia-Extremism,’ and ‘Radical Islamists.’”

The editor-in-chief of the ODNI newsletter also celebrated that employee resource groups within the intelligence community “have been particularly successful in creating a new framework and language guidelines for how we talk about the People’s Republic of China.” Like many other federal agencies, ODNI has a DEI apparatus and personnel specifically committed to further embedding the leftwing doctrine throughout the government.

The ODNI Pride celebrations and DEI newsletter are only a couple examples of the United States Intelligence Community advancing far-left ideologies, however. The National Security Agency (NSA) published an internal DEI glossary, exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire, that included terms like “white fragility,” “transmisogyny,” “settler colonialism,” and even the gender-neutral pronouns of “ze” and “zir.”

The Biden administration has sought to embed far-left ideology throughout the practices of America’s intelligence community, military, and entire federal bureaucracy, institutionalizing the leftwing dogmas by way of DEI trainings, equity officials, and celebrations like those revealed here. Biden signed multiple executive orders institutionalizing DEI, and his federal agencies have even worked to enable gender transition attempts among government employees, barring the use of biologically accurate pronouns in the process.

Former President Donald Trump has pledged to combat the ideological takeover of the federal bureaucracy if he is reelected in November and purge those who might otherwise work to undermine his policy agenda.

“We will pass critical reforms making every executive branch employee fireable by the President of the United States,” Trump declared at a rally, touting his plan. “The deep state must be brought to heel.” Trump’s allies are now preparing to fill the void left by outgoing bureaucrats, with the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 assembling a personnel database that could staff a new Trump administration.
