Ex-Epstein Flatmate Convicted of Murdering Four Men When He” Attempted Suicide”

Jeffrey Epstein‘s’s ex-cop and former cellmate was found guilty of killing four men.

Nicholas Tartaglione was found guilty of killing four Mexican refugees in an alleged heroin project after a three-week test and two days of deliberations. Tartaglione may receive a life sentence in prison when he is sentenced in October.

The Journal News reported, “The murders resulted from Tartaglione suspecting Luna had stolen $200,000 from him as part of a planned cocaine purchase. Tartaglione, a bodybuilder, had been illegally selling steroids.”

Former Briarcliff Manor police officer Tartaglione enticed Luna to his brother’s’s table, the Likquid Lounge. On April 11, 2016, Martin’s’s two cousins, Miguel Luna and Urbano Santiago, as well as a family friend, Hector Gutierrez, accompanied Luna to the conference.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said in a speech on Thursday,” What happened then could only be described as solid terror, as Tartaglione tortured Martin, now forced one of his nephews to watch as he strangled Martin to death by slapping him.”

The men were restrained at gunpoint as they watched Tartaglione attack Luna, according to the prosecution, by athlete and school security police Joseph Biggs and former Haverstraw police officer and heavyweight rival Gerard Benderoth.

According to courtroom records, the three abducted soldiers were taken to a secluded wooded area where they were made to bow and shot in the back of the mind. Then, at a plantation the ex-cop rented in Orange County, Tartaglione laid to rest all four of the murdered men.

The murders were then referred to as” gangland-style” executions by federal prosecutor Preet Bharara.

” Tartaglione’s’s heinous deeds represent a broader betrayal ,” Williams said, adding that the former police officer had once sworn to defend the neighborhood the man had destroyed.

Biggs gave a visitation testimony. When police tried to hold him in 2017, Bendeloth committed suicide.

Bruce Barket, Tartaglione’s’s lawyer, said,” Nick was sad. He fervently hoped that he would be cleared. Everyone is aware that criminal decisions are what lead to every wrongful conviction reverse. He continues to believe that the system may one day uphold his position, which he has been innocent of since the beginning.

Tartaglione garnered national attention in July 2019 for being Jeffrey Epstein’s’s flatmate. The convicted molester was discovered in his body at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, disoriented and with signs on his chest.

Epstein attempted suicide by hanging himself, according to two places who told NBC News. Epstein’s’s wounds weren’t particularly severe, according to a third source, and they might have been staged in order to move him to another facility. According to a third base, Epstein might have been attacked by Tartaglione.

Epstein passed away on August 10 from what appeared to be murder. At the time of the alleged murder, Tartaglione was not present in the cell.
