On Saturday, Trump⁣ spoke to a sold-out crowd at a private fundraiser in Newport Beach, with tickets ranging ‍from‌ $5,000 to ⁤$250,000. It is unclear how much was ‍raised, but the event was well-attended. The President ‍also made a stop in Silicon Valley earlier in the week for another fundraising event.

Presidential candidate Donald Trump took part in his third California fundraiser in three days on Saturday.

Trump finished his visit in Newport Beach, where he spoke to a sold-out crowd at a private fundraiser. While it remains to be seen how much was raised, tickets ranged from $5,000 to $250,000. Earlier, Silicon Valley investor David Sacks hosted a fundraiser event for Trump in his own home in San Francisco that raised some $12 million.

Throughout Trump’s three-day trip, his Deputy Director of Communication, Margo Martin, recorded the warm reception from Californian supporters. People lined the streets with Trump flags and Make America Great Again hats to wave at the former president as he traveled by car. In Newport Beach, many of the boats docked there had flags hoisted to show support for Trump.

“Thank you—Newport Beach, California!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Even though Trump lost his case in Manhattan and was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, the trial has correlated with an increase in financial support for the Republican presidential candidate. The Trump campaign raised $1.5 million after the first day in court and then doubled that amount three days later, and more donations added up to $76 million raised in April alone. Within the first 24 hours following the verdict, Trump’s campaign raised $52.8 million.
