Divine intervention: FEC challenges newly launched ‘Jesus Christ’ PAC

The Federal Election Commission is questioning the legitimacy of a newly formed presidential campaign under the name “Jesus Christ,” records show.

On March 23,” His Royal Majesty Antonio Valtez Telpharaoh Toliver Jesus Christ Ens Reale Wholly Iamgod” declared itself a national political action committee and stated that it would loan money into the” Federal Reserve of HRM.”

The active governmental agency, which stated in a letter on Wednesday that it may have fraudulently” failed to include the correct, correct, or total candidate information,” claims that the PAC is failing to pass the sniff test.

In a notice to the council, the governor stated that” the Commission requires the applicant to identify his or her primary campaign committee by filing an FEC Form 2 Statement of Candidacy” or, if not, online. The Commission also demands that the filing be fair, accurate, and complete.

However, it is punished under the provisions of 18 U.S. C. 1001 to make any statement or representation to a national government agency, including the Federal Election Commission, that is knowingly and intentionally false, false, or deceptive.

Former President Donald Trump was named as the vice presidential candidate by the Jesus system in its statement of election. Due to his criminal indictment during Holy Week, Trump has frequently been compared to Jesus and announced a 2024 White House play in November 2022.

Additionally, the council asserts that Indianapolis, Indiana, serves as its headquarters. Information indicate that its name is the same as an condo complex.
