‘Disgustingly Abusive’: Gina Carano Defends Swim Champ Riley Gaines After Attack From Left-Wing Campus Mob

Riley Gaines, the hero undergraduate swimmer, was forced to barricade herself in a safe place at San Francisco State University in order to defend herself from an intimidating group of students. Celebrity and former mixed martial artist Gina Carano defended Riley.

Gaines, a current University of Kentucky student who competed in the NCAA Championship last year in second place alongside self-identified transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, spent the terrifying night barricaded at the California school where she was scheduled to speak for Turning Point USA. Students protesting Gaines yelled slogans like” transgender rights are human privileges” and demanded that she paid them so they could leave school safely.

Gaines was a leading advocate for defending female sports teams from males who identify as women, and Carano claimed on social media that the school leftists were completely out of line with their criticism of him. Carano remarked,” This is so abhorrently destructive and aggressive, and it encourages acts of violence against women.” These protestors are unable to reason or reason about this, so they turn to abuse and crime. Carano, who kept a 7-1 record when she competed in the mixed martial arts group Strikeforce, added that women’s’s sports leagues promote wellbeing among their competitors and that allowing soldiers to compete in events could eliminate for opportunities.
