Diamond from “Diamond and Silk” Dies at 51

Diamond, the late conservative influencer, was no longer with us. Ineitha Lynette Hartaway was Diamond’s legal name.

Donald Trump responded to this tragic news by posting a message on his website Truth Social account:

“Really bad news for Republicans and frankly, ALL Americans. Our beautiful Diamond, of Diamond and Silk, has just passed away at her home in the State she loved so much, North Carolina. Silk was with her all the way, and at her passing. There was no better TEAM anywhere, or at any time! Diamond’s death was totally unexpected, probably her big and precious HEART just plain gave out. Rest In Peace our Magnificent Diamond, you will be greatly missed!”

Conservative luminaries were quick and sincere to offer their sympathies.

Two sisters from Fayetteville in NC, Diamond and Silk rose to prominence for their support of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. They were both officially registered as Democrats in 2012.

On April 26, 2018, they testified at a House Judiciary Committee hearing and called out big tech for social media censorship.
